Microneedling with PRP

First, let's talk about microneedling. Microneedling uses a pen like device to create micro wounds in the skin, which in turn stimulates the natural wound healing response. Once this process is activated your skin will naturally regenerate new skin cells and promote collagen production. This treatment minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, scarring and stretch marks.

PRP (platelet rich plasma), otherwise known as Liquid Gold, is used throughout the treatment. PRP is created by spinning blood in a centrifuge so that it separates. Once we have the plasma we then apply it to the skin to be needled in throughout the treatment. At the end of the treatment a final layer is applied.

What's the benefit?

Growth factors derived from your own blood (PRP) excelerate the process for enhanced results and quicker recovery. This add-on can also improve elasticity.

What will my recovery be like after my treatment?

Day 1: You will look as though you have a sunburn. Your skin may feel dry and can also feel itchy. Day 2: Redness and dry skin may still be present. Day 3: Peeling may occur. Day 4-7: Peeling may still be present. By Day 7 your skin should be glowing and gorgeous!
